At Sama Ribbons we are proud to declare that we have the powerful capacity of manufacturing 27, 00,000 meters+ of Satin Ribbons. We are already manufacturing more than 2400 variants of Ribbons. We are having a dealer network in 6 major cities of India. Our rock solid Distribution network is spread PAN India. Our Distributors are in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Ludhiana, Kolkata and Bengaluru. These dealers on behalf of us is catering to various wholesalers and retailers in their respective regions. We are exporting to various countries and are in continuous exploration of the opportunities for exporting in to another 50+ countries by the end of 2019. Our Strong Infrastructure gives us and edge over the Chinese satin ribbon manufacturers and Bangladeshi satin ribbon manufacturers. Yarn to Ribbons are always in ready to dispatch stage with us. Our prime processes (Wrapping, Weaving, Dying, Processing, and Packaging) with unique skill set and robust technology aids us to produce the best quality ribbons in the world. We are established with all these processing units in our factory at GETP – Palsana, Surat, and Gujarat- India. The GETP is already having a Water effluent treatment plant to avoid pollution emerging out of the factories located in to this Textile Park. CETP connectivity is the primary condition for establishing any manufacturing unit, in this textile park.
Warping
Warping is the essential process for turning the thread in to yarn. We are having In-house warping process which helps us to process the yarn carefully and maintaining the quality of the yarn.
Weaving
Weaving Turns the yarn in to the fabric. Weaving is a method of textile production in which two distinct sets of yarns or threads are interlaced at right angles to form a fabric or cloth to shape perfect ribbons.
Dyeing
Dyeing is the main process where while colored ribbons decorated via different colors. We have automatic dyeing process unit. We are capable enough to customize any color which is possible to develop.
Packing
At Sama Ribbons, we are proving various kind of packaging like, Spool, Rolls, and also international packages. We uses ultra-modern packaging technique which is easily transported across the globe.
